Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to uploaded product materials, logos, descriptions, instructions, generated scripts, storyboard images and videos, including any generated narration. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

Do not use SoarVid to create, process or distribute:

• Pornography, sexually explicit or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore or content encouraging violent harm.
• Hate speech or discriminatory harassment.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors or other child exploitation and unsafe content.
• Deepfakes, impersonation or unauthorized use of a real person's identity or likeness, including misleading celebrity or political endorsements.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or likeness rights; counterfeit branding or unauthorized copyrighted characters and media.

Child sexual exploitation, terrorism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction and nonconsensual sexual deepfakes are prohibited. Fraudulent claims, scams, prohibited-goods advertising, malware, harassment, misleading claims that generated work is human-made, and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited.

You must have appropriate rights to your product materials, logos and likenesses. A legitimate product brand is not automatically prohibited merely because it is a brand. Do not invent product properties or use AI to fabricate endorsements.

Automatic checks and enforcement

We use SeeAPI Text NSFW Filter on submitted text and generation prompts, SeeAPI NSFW Filter on selected source images and generated storyboard images, and SeeAPI Video NSFW Filter on generated videos before delivery. Local versioned rules provide additional checks for prohibited instructions. Video checks analyze sampled frames. All required checks must finish with an accepted result before the affected generation proceeds or output is delivered. A rejected, failed or incomplete check prevents delivery; automatic assessments may make mistakes.

We block affected requests, withhold outputs and may restrict or suspend accounts for misuse. We retain limited safety evidence under the Privacy Policy. Safety checks do not confer licenses or verify ownership of all third-party rights.

Reports and appeals

Email support@soarvid.com with the subject “Content report” or “Safety appeal”, the project/task ID, a description and the relevant time. Do not email illegal imagery or sensitive material; provide an identifier so we can locate the record securely. Reports may also concern infringement or misuse. We assess the available record, restrict access where appropriate, and respond through the same channel. Good-faith reports are treated confidentially as far as law and investigation allow. False or abusive reports are prohibited.
